Steve (BMW 335i, Lexus RX350):

Henry has detailed our 2007 BMW Alpine White E92 335i and our 2008 Lexus Smoky Granite RX350. He was able to remove the minor swirling as well as a "dealer-installed" blemish on the hood of the BMW. As for the Lexus, I have never seen the Smoky Granite color pop so much in my life, not even the day we picked it up from the dealership. I had no idea it had that much metallic in it until I picked it up from Henry. He also works with you to see what direction you would like to go in with your vehicle. For instance, he knew our RX350 was the baby-hauler and do-it-all vehicle, so he recommended a detailing plan for a more durable, longer lasting protection. The BMW, he went with a shine and gloss that really popped, even for an Alpine White Color, knowing this car was the people pleaser. Highly recommended detailer that works with the customer's needs/wants in mind!!
